Hujan Petang

Dah musim hujan di petang hari jadi empunya diri tak boleh pergi berjogging di taman... nak pergi indoor fitness centre jauh la plak.. malas nak parking..bayar parking.. buang masa lagi.. (alasan banyak betul)...

So, miss lemak tolong jgn melekat degil yer.. sila keluar bersama bhn buangan...

Thought: Hujan2 ni lepak atas katil sambil tgk movie syok... tapi DVD yg ada semua dah habis tengok..need to rent/buy the new ones... left only the 'LOST' series yang hanya boleh ditonton dgn sepenuh perhatian... kalau tak boleh LOST lagi.

I would like to wish all the muslim readers/bloggers out there a happy Eid Al Mubarak. Hopefully we will meet again till the next Ramadhan for the 'fasting' ibadah.

Eid ul-Fitr, Eid al-Fitr, Id-ul-Fitr, or Id al-Fitr (Arabic: ‎عيد الفطر ‘Īdu l-Fiṭr), often abbreviated to Eid, is a Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting (sawm). Eid is an Arabic word meaning "festivity," while Fiṭr means "breaking the fast". The holiday celebrates the conclusion of the 29 or 30 days of dawn-to-sunset fasting during the entire month of Ramadan. The first day of Eid, therefore, falls on the first day of the month Shawwal.

Eid-ul-Fitr has a particular salah (Islamic prayer) consisting of two raka'ah (units) and generally offered in an open field or large hall called an Eed-gah.[1] It may only be performed in congregation (Jama’at) and has an additional extra six Takbirs (raising of the hands to the ears while saying Allah-u-Akbar [God is Great]), three of them in the beginning of the first raka'ah and three of them just before ruku' in the second raka'ah in the Hanafi school.[2] This Eid ul-Fitr salah is, depending on which juristic opinion is followed, Fard (obligatory), Mustahabb (strongly recommended, just short of obligatory) or mandoob (preferable).[1]

Muslims are commanded by God in the Qur'an to complete their fast until the last day of Ramadan[3] and pay the Zakat al-fitr before doing the Eid prayer.

Movie of the week - BABEL

I know it is not a new movie. Was screened around 2006 but just got a chance to watch it and also by accident due to I found this DVD at one of the charity sale.
I admit it was Brad Pitt that makes me buy the DVD ;). Lagipun Cate Blanchett ada berlakon sama.

Thought: Interesting plot. The best scene i like is when Richard (Brad Pitt, the husband) help her wife, Susan (Cate Blanchett) to pee into the pan and when Brad talks on the phone to his son and crying. So touching.... sob sob.

Sempena Ramadhan ni kan macam2 kuih jual kat PARAM kan? kalau dapat PARAM yg best semua kuih nak beli.. last2 mlm tak bermakan.. tp I palign suker kuih ni.. kuih paling ganas di dunia 'KUIH LOMPAT TIKAM' .. hehe.. ganas youu!
